- You may request a free copy of your background screening report if one has been prepared previously or ordered by any client of S2Verify. You may also request a free copy if you are in any active database file that S2Verify has access to at the time of the request. Call us at 855-671-1933 between 9 am and 5 pm EST. You can also email us for a Free Copy of Your Report.
Disputed Information
- If you believe any part of your report is inaccurate, you can dispute the information via telephone, email, or writing within 30 days of report generation. S2Verify will investigate the accuracy of the information and make any corrections that are found as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days after we are contacted.
- Please be aware that you may dispute the information contained in a record. However, S2Verify is not required to remove accurate derogatory information from your file unless the information is outdated under section 1681c of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- If you want to dispute your report, you may complete a secure form online on our Consumer Dispute page.
