America Back to Work Ep 27: Priscilla Guasso, Latinas Rising Up In HR
Lifting Up Underrepresented Voices In HR
Priscilla Guasso is the founder of Latinas Rising Up in HR—a community of purpose-driven women elevating each other in the human resources discipline—as well as an HR leader with deep experience across talent management, development, and diversity. She saw a need for this community when she realized not many individuals in HR were advocating for people who looked like her—Latina women.
Throughout her career, Priscilla has learned a lot about the power of mentorship, giving other women confidence, considering the voices of others, and the boundaries of work and life. So much so that she wrote a best-selling, two-volume series showcasing stories of Latinas and making their mark on the HR profession.
