America Back to Work Ep 16: Catherine Morgan

The World of Work In Transition—Managing People Through Change

Catherine Morgan—founder of Point A to Point B Transitions—realized the way we have been working simply wasn’t conducive to our mental health a long time ago. She was particularly jolted when Anthony Bourdain and Kate Spade took their own lives in the same week. So much so, she wrote a book called “This Isn’t Working: Evolving the Way We Work to Decrease Stress, Anxiety, and Depression.”

Catherine joins us on the podcast this week to help HR professionals better understand how to support employees who are struggling, improve employee engagement, and overall create a happier workplace for all, even in the face of change. Employees not only need it, they expect it.
